RE-PROMPT #6 - Hold fast to your dreams, for without them life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly.
What should have only been an extended weekend away from my poetry postings evolved into almost two weeks as I was hit with the flu on my return home. As I continue to recover, I'm going to extend the time for Prompt #6 so that I can more fully explore the poetic possibilities within this quote. We will continue with our next Quote of the Day prompt on March 14, 2010. Thanks for your patience!
